• 1997-Drilling Project Services Australia (DPSA Mining Products) founded by Neill Clur.
• 2003-DPSA Contracting founded.
• 2004-DPSA Engineering founded.
• 2005-DPSA Holdings created to manage the administration and growth of the Group.
  
• 2006-Acquisition of Brisbane switchboard manufacturer, Power Electric Switchboards.
  
• 2007-$20 million banking facility from NAB and Investec secured by DPSA Group.
  
• 2007-Acquisition of DPSA Drilling Equipment (formerly Globe Compressors).
  
• 2007-Awarded 20th place in BRW Fast 100.
  
• 2008-Awarded 21st place in BRW Fast 100.
  
• 2008-Acquisition of Rockhampton engineering firm Mining Equipment Maintenance.
  
• 2008-Acquisition of cabling company, ElectCables.
