Chair
Bronek Karcz
Bronek joined the DPSA Holdings Board in late 2010 and was elected Chairman of the Board. He has served on 15 company boards as Director or Chairman, including companies in Australia, China, India, Chile, Brazil and Thailand.He has extensive experience across the full business spectrum, from the strategic planning stage to business implementation and completion. He has led companies, businesses and management teams; managed across international boundaries; started up new country operations; and developed and implemented strategic market plans in many industries.
Bronek has also successfully managed change including company re-organisation, profit improvement and business integration.
In the past 20 years Bronek has held several major business roles, including Group GM (CE) of the Orica Chemnet Group; GM of Orica Mining Services Australia/Asia; Managing Director of ERS Limited (an ASX listed industrial company that operated in Australia, NZ and Asia); CEO and Director of the Castrol Limited Industrial business in Australia, NZ, Asia and Southern Africa; and Director of Sales and Marketing for Castrol Australia.
Bronek has Bachelor of Science degrees in Geology and Mining Engineering as well as a postgraduate qualification in Applied Finance.

Mike Wallas
Mike Wallas is a highly successful entrepreneur and has been CEO of the DPSA Group since 2009. He has served on the DPSA Board of Directors since 2007.
Mike has more than 23 years' experience in industries including international IT, finance, mining and the health sector. Mike has worked as a trusted business mentor and uses his own success and experience to help businesses expand and prosper.
He was Managing Director of the largest IT distribution operation in Africa with revenues in excess of $400m, and was responsible for over 35 different vendor distribution and alliance agreements. He held senior roles at Hewlett-Packard for nine years and as a senior executive he assisted HP Europe with channel development and strategy for the largest sector of their business.
He was CEO of Brisbane-based Ephox Corp for three years, a world leader in Java-based content authoring. Mike is also on the advisory Board of iLab, a mentor in the Queensland State Development program, and has been a senior judge for the Asia Pacific IT Awards.
He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is also a non-executive Director of Flaik Inc (US), and City Fertility Centre.
Neill Clur
Neill is a successful business entrepreneur with decades of experience in the mining and resources sectors.
He is founder of the DPSA Group, and established the first of six companies that make up the Group in 1997. As CEO of the DPSA Group from 1997 to 2009 he oversaw major expansion of the Group, and in 2010 he served as Chief Operating Officer. He is a major shareholder of the DPSA Group and serves as a non-executive Director and consultant to the company.
Neill has a Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) and Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer, Member of the Institute of Engineering, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the CEO Institute.
He was named Brisbane owner-manager of the year by the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) in 2009 and was a finalist in the national AIM Awards in that same year.
He is also founder and CEO of Compass Energy, an Australian supplier of down hole completion equipment for coal seam gas wells and other oil and gas applications.
